Are there any loan programs which will help me get current on mortgage payments?
Hi Ritchie,
This will completely depend upon the lender. You will have to contact your lender and check out whether or not he will be able to help you in getting current with mortgage payments.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Ritchie!
Welcome to the forums!
You may look out for the option of loan modification. This might help you solve your problems.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

You may opt for loan modification or refinance your existing loan to become current on your mortgage payments. Other than this, you may talk to your lender about it who can help you out in this.
there are no loans that will work - none will allow you to be behind when you refinance - However your lender may allow a loan modification or a forbearance - a Loan Mod they may lower your rate etc a Forbearance they just add that past due amount on to the end of the loan -Both can only be done through the current lender - call and ask for their loss mitigation department - they are the only ones that can help.
