Hello there... I live in a rented property. I regularly pay my rents. My landlord died 2 months back and his parents were handling everything. So, I made the rental payment to them. But today I found that haven't been making the mortgage payment on the property. It is 2 months due. What should I do now? Should I stop making the rental payment?
Hi Guest,
You should not stop the rental payment. If you do so, it will be a violation of your rental agreement. You should make the payments through check which you can show off as a proof of your payments so that no one can blame you for anything.
Thanks,
Jerry
