How can I find out who owns the deed to my home, and if the Bank cannot provide one, then what?
If you have Mortgage, then you need to call them to find out
Hi patthechef,
"How can I find out who owns the deed to my home...?"
Are you talking about the property deed or the mortgage deed? Whoever is on the title to the home holds the property deed. You can check with the local county recorder's office to get information about the title to the property. As far as mortgage deed is concerned, you need to contact your lender regarding this.

Probably you cna also check your loan paers and find the details
Most Loan Officers can check that for you within 5 minutes. Email me the address of the property and I'll check it for you.
