name on deed not mtg or note

If my name is on the deed of a property and I signed the settlement statement but did not sign the note or mortgage, can the lender sue for unjust enrichment 5 years later to force me to sign the mtg. and note?

if your name is not on the mortgage, then you're personally not liable for the mortgage payments. he cannot force you to sign the documents now. you can, however, refinance the mortgage and add your name to the mortgage documents.
