Hi jenn,
Your husband cannot make you move out of the house. As long as you are on the property deed, you have legal right to stay in the property. Whether you are on the mortgage or not, it does not affect your ownership rights. You can own the property without being on the mortgage. However, if your husband stops making payments, the house could be foreclosed upon and that can force you out of the house. So, make sure the mortgage payments are made on time.

Tha last statement is really important
If your husband stops makign payments then you will loose the house. The bank can foreclose and take the house

You alone will not go out. as your name is on deed.
However if he stops making payment, you will be in trouble

That was really an interestign statement leee
He will not throw you out.
As its illigal as your name is on deed.
