how long will it take for freddy mac to decide on my deed in lieu. I have all the paperwork in. I was told it was 30 days now after the paperwork i am told another 30 BUSINESS days again. how come freddy mac will not allow me to call them when one west says it is in freddy macs hands now and the title has been cleared.
freddie mac is the investor for your loan. it is the investor who finally decides whether or not your deed in lieu of foreclosure will be foreclosed by the lender. it may take some time for the investor to decide regarding your deed in lieu of foreclosure.
