when yo u do a deed in lieu do you have to go to court
hi bball,
you will have to contact your lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. you don't have to go to the court for it. once you apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. the lender will judge your financial situation and let you know whether or not he will consider your request.
thanks
