Deed in lieu, can house still be on market for sale, obligated to tell bank of offer to buy on house.
Hi barbnden,
If you wish to apply for DIL then you need to inform it to lender and your lender should approve this.

Feel free to ask any further queries.

I want to buy a house that is a short sale. I made an offer but the seller won't tell the bank because he wants a DIL. Is he obligated to tell the bank?
