My husband passed away about 2 yrs ago and everything was based on his income. I had to move from Fl to WI to help my 90 yr old mother. I have a condo mortgage in Fl and I can't afford to make payments with my move back to WI. I have no job. Ineed a place to live in Wi and get rid of my Fl. place
whether your mother has any home in WI?? If she has that then you can either sell your property at FI or rent it out and search for a job in WI.
One more preposition is you might have (if your husband had life insurance policy) received insurance money so you can use it for the purpose of any small business setup.
If your mother has her own home in WI then you will not have any problem residing there.
I hope this could help you.

To notanlines,
It depends on the lender how much time they would take to do a deed in lieu. If they are eager to do the DIL, they do not take much time. Have you talked about it with your lender yet? Are you current on the loan?

Yes, I am up to date on all my payments, but I haven't talked to my lender yet. My condo is presently with a realtor.
Can you do a deed in lieu if you are listed with a relator?
