How hard is a deed in lieu of forclosure to accomplish
hi guest,
a lender will accept your request for a deed in lieu of foreclosure provided you are delinquent on your mortgage payments. you'll have to convince your lender about your hardship. if he is convinced that you won't be able to pay off the dues, he will accept your request for a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

It's very hard to achieve - Lenders don't want to take back property that way and will resist you when you approach them with that option.
