Do I need a standard form to fill and submit to the lender to start initiate the DIL? Can you please provide one for me?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi clikadot,
You will have to write a hardship letter to the lender in order to apply for a deed in lieu. You will have to explain your hardship in this letter. If the lender is convinced with the letter, he will accept it and do the needful.
