Im planning to do a DILF. I need to know what are the papers needed to do it.
They requested for me to submit income taxes for 2 yrs, 2 months pay stub, bank statement and hardship letter. Is this correct

Hi zeny,
You will have to submit the documents as asked by your lender along with the hardship letter. This will help the lender is judging your financial situation. Based on that, the lender will consider your request for a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
Thanks
