Deed in lieu of foreclouser

Posted on: 25th May, 2009 07:57 pm
are banks accepting deed in lieu of foreclosure, me and my wife both are working. i am a truck driver and the company i work for has lost business and from 2007 to 2008 i lost about 23,000 in income and just took a 15 percent cut in pay. we cannot not pay our bills and mortgage. both our companies we work for are laying people off everyday and i cannot find another job where we are. we need to move but if we keep at the pace we are we will not have enough money to move.
Yes they do accept Deed in Lieu and it varies from situation to situation, bankl to bank and person to person.

Countrywide's services really suck. They give you the runaround and you never get any straight answers. Everyone has a different answer and then they hang up on you in the middle of the conversation.
