Should I put it up for sale?

I will be seeking a DIL, but I heard that you have to have it on the market for 90 days for sale before they will consider it. Can I put a sign in the yard "for sale by owner" or do I have to have it listed through a Realtor?
Hi unclebuck!

Welcome to forums!

It's better if you could list the property with the realtor. There are chances that you could get a large number of buyers to look at your property if you go through a realtor.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
