Our house(or the local enviroment) almost killed our child and we moved away-acceptablereasonforDILF...We purchased a home with land four years ago. After a short time of living there, I developed asthma. After another year, our child began to get repeat infections so bad, that even the infectious disease experts were stumpted.
No less then 12 infects and two hospitalizations(one in ICU) in under 1 year. We thought that severe enviromental allergies were to blame.
We left the property and listed it for sale. It took 6 months, but a family moved in to do a rent-to-own.
They have a hardhip and are severing the contract with us.
We moved to another city,my husband changed jobs etc.
We haven't missed any payments--and don't want to...but can't continue to pay on a place that is in a very depressed economy and won't sell, further, we can't ever live there again.
Do we have to default to have them consider accepting a DILF? We think that purpously letting it default would really stress us. We would like to just hand over the deed.
Should we take our savings out of the bank before we do this? We feel like we should.....
Are these reasons acceptable, or should we got he financial hardship route?
Does our Private mortgae insurance save us from having to pay anything else?
