Do you recommend getting a professional to handle to language in a deed of lieu discussion with your creditor?
Hi Rico!
Welcome to forums!
It is not mandatory to take professional help while negotiating with the lender for a deed in lieu of foreclosure. You can negotiate with him yourself. However, in case you are not comfortable dealing with him, then you may go for professional help.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Is a deed in lieu of froeclosure the same as "walking away" from a mortgage?
