what does two years discharge mean in case of bankruptcy? i will be filing bankruptcy soon and leave the apartment on which i am leaving now. i spoke a few apartment whether or not they will rent me, they say "as long as your discharged by two years". what do they mean?

Well, bankruptcy discharge will release you from the personal liability for certain specified types of debts. "Two years discharge" here means that two years after discharge. Once you have completed two years after discharge, they may be able to rent you apartments.

Two years discharge you case means two years from the date you filed your bankruptcy. You can effortlessly rent an apartment two years after the discharge. So, you for an alternative option during this phase.
