Are judgments dischargeable if I file bankruptcy? Or will I be responsible for the payments even after I get a discharge from my bankruptcy filing?
As far as I know judgments are dis-chargeable in bankruptcy. Nevertheless, you can have a word with your bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this regard.

I agree with James. Judgments are dischargeable if you file bankruptcy. You should include the judgments in your bankruptcy filing so that you can get a discharge from them and won't be liable to pay it later on.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
