well i have been married for 13 years to a man from mexico and we were married here in the us.my question is he went to mexico 8mths ago can he get a divorce from me without me being there or what. i dont want a divorce.

Since the marriage took place in the US, I believe it is subjest to the US laws. In that case, your husband needs to file a divorce only in the US. It does not look like he can do so while in Mexico. However, consulting a divorce attorney regarding this, is the best way to go.
