As far as I know, your mortgage loan officer's license would not get canceled if you had driven your vehicle under influence. However, you may speak to your attorney and he would be the best to help you in this regard.

From what I've heard, the answer is "yes". But it depends on how long ago it happened.
If you look through the MU4 form, the answer is NO unless it is a Felony.
No it does not effect it, as long as its not a Felony, the back ground check is Federal and not state, therefor small things in state will not show up.
