was in escrow had problem with my financing( put a request for more time) but solved everything and agent put property back on market can i continue the escrow the way it was since i didnt cancel escrow or do they have the right to cancel escrow and take another offer
thelma, if you were not under an extension and the time ran out, then the seller would have had the right to put the home back on the market. you'd be wise to check with your legal counsel or the realtor with whom you've been dealing to determine what your rights are.
