My sister in law is trying to stop my mother from seeing her son after he has been in a severe car accident. The home she is staying in. My mother co-sign for the house for my brother (her son). Does she has the right to evict the wife?
If your mother is on title of the home then she has a right to reside in the home, that is, unless she has rented/leased it out to your sister-in-law & her son without your mother being on the lease. Did your mother rent it out to your sister-in-law & your brother?
It looks like Mom and Bro are joint owners to me, Shane. That being the case, I don't know how she'd have any rights in breaking up her son's marriage, which is essentially what Ace seems to be asking about. In my opinion, Ace will be better-served to stay away from that situation - getting involved in other family member's messes is a virtual guarantee of trouble.
