How long do you have to vacate the property. I haven't been served with an eviction notice, just a bill saying they were sending it to the leagal department.
After your property is sold off at an auction, you'll receive an eviction notice from the lender. The eviction notice will mention the time period within which you'll have to move out of the property. You will have to leave the property within that stipulated time period.
