Execute the foreclosure process

As far as I know, an eviction letter will be sent to you which will mention the time period of leaving the property. On the final day of the time period, the attorney can come in order to physically execute the foreclosure.

Each state is different. Since you mentioned sheriff, I assume you are in a judicial state. Google foreclosure timeline for your state and you should find your answer. Judicial foreclosures can take years to complete, whereas non judicial foreclosures are much faster. Good luck.
