I was told to come to this web site to down load a 'financial worksheet' , i.e, expense sheet, things I need to send in, etc in order to apply for a loan modification as I'm struggling to make my monthly payments, plus be able to stay in my home.

I agree with you, George. It's definitely important to have a financial worksheet, for modification, available on this website. May be you can contact Sam and ask him if he can develop one. This would definitely help people seeking loan modification.
