received in mail a copy of a quit claim deed that my soon-to-be ex-wife had forged my signature on, which
gave her our vacation cabin. the deed was notarized by the notary who works in my wife's company who knew that it was a forged document. how do i get the property back? what penalties does this have on the wife & notary. the notary could also have falsified other documents for this company...do all documents need to be researched? this is in king co, wa.

Hi cmrder,
If you can prove that your wife has forged the signatures, then you'll be able to file a lawsuit against her and get back your property. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you further in order to take the right steps.
Thanks
