i have been approve for the homeaffordable program.i will get 2 percent for 5years which willbe capped at 4.7percent after 10years.. how do I know if i have a forbearance applied to this modification

Hi laurinneb,

You can contact your lender and he would let you know whether or not the Home Affordable Modification program that you've received has forbearance plan in it. He will be the best person to let you know the details.

really!?!?!
i would check what you are getting into again.
the home affordable refinance program only allows fixed rate mortgages, you sound like you are getting an adjustable rate.
ask more questions.
