What does it mean when you receive a date for a trial with the bench on a foreclosure of a home in maine. What should I expect and is this the final closure to my home
Hi indigo,
You will have to reply to summons and be present in the court house on the stipulated date of trial. If the lender gets a judgment in his favor, then it will be the final closure to your home.
Thanks

I agree with what James has said. It will be better if you could get in touch with an attorney and take his opinion regarding your case.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
