My ex had quit claim part of his property (detached garages) to his girlfriend. The house in on foreclosure and his owes Child Support. There is a lien on the property by DOR Child Support. Will I get the payment of child support still? Thanks NG
Hello titif07 .
Welcome to the forums. After the foreclosure sale the child support lien should be paid first. So you should get the payment of child support still. You can also take help from a lawyer on this regard.

Thank you for your clarification.
My sons father owes me alot of back child support, so they just put a lien on his house what does that mean for me
Hi susanann,
If your sons father owes you child support, in case of a foreclosure, they will put a lien on the property. This means that if he is unable to pay child support and his property goes into foreclosure or a sale, the moey from the sale would be used to pay the unpaid child support first and then the money could be used for other purposes.
