Dear MortageFit Community,
Rather than my name being Claudia, I should be called " completely defeated ". Recently, I lost the second I carried for the owner of my old property. After two years, the new owner refused to help me evict a renter who had caused the property to go into foreclosure. He refused to do anything which lead to the bank taking everything. With me being in second postion, of course I got nothing. I was not in the position financially to pay the errears. I almost smell " DUMMY " or " FRAUD " as I look back on the entire business transaction. Is there nothing I can do ?

Hi cdecatur!
Welcome to forums!
You can contact the borrower and ask him to repay the deficient balance that he or she owes to you. If the borrower does not pay off the mortgage dues, then you can take legal actions against him or her.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
