we are in the middle of foreclosing. can we take the washer, dryer refridg, kitchen faucet and stove? Those are items we purchased when we bought the condo so can we take them out? We do not have ones to replace them, does that make a difference?
Welcome annie,
If those items are not attached with your property and if they are your personal assets, then you can take them with yourself. However, before doing so, you can inform the lender about the same to be on the safer side.

Hi annie,
Adonis is absolutely correct. Before removing those items from the property, you should take the opinion of the lender in this regard. If the lender has no issues with it, then you can remove the appliances from the property.
Thanks

Under no circumstance can you take property from the dwelling, other than a washer and drier or fridge, if you purchased it yourself. If it was included in the sale of the home, then its permanantly attached to the property and stays with the home. Anything that is literally bolted, attached, affixed or in any other way adjoined to your home, then it stays with the home. You did not pay the home off, therefore nothing in the home is actually yours, other then your own personal items, such as a fridge, or toaster oven etc...
