If you are on the fine line of foreclosure but haven't quite fallen over the line, then in order to make sure you do not fall into foreclosure you need to pay the past due that you owe. Remember your mortgage payments are paid in the arrears, meaning it may look like you are paying ahead but your not you would be paying the current mortgage payment. Call and get an actually pay off statement of what you owe, this would also have an exact past due amount. If you do not want a pay off then have them send you copies of all payment transactions. IF you are still not getting answers go to the attorney general write a letter. Sometimes you have to make noise to get help. You can hire an attorney but that is expensive, but could be worth it if nothing else is helping you.

Good luck

feel free to email me with other questions.

Hi Guest,

Your query is not clear to me. Who is the present owner of the loan? You need to contact the present owner of the loan in order to get the papers regarding the loan that you require.

No,No, They Want budge ,the owner of the loan , which i think is the servicer, instaed of the owner , and i also think these bad loans have been sold into securties ands there is no one owner ,they couldn't produce mortgage papers if they had too, the orginator of the loan could, however, they are out of business and you can't find them
