We are in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse and are planning to have baby #2 soon and we are running out of space. The market is not all that great right now, but we desperately need more space before the baby. What can we do to get out of this home (other than selling it, which will probably take forever) without damaging our credit?

It is not clear whether it is an apartment or your own house? If it is your own house then I would suggest you to take a small personal loan and extend your house and if it is an apartment then you cannot extend it. In that case shift to another apartment with more space and give this in rent or else you can sell off this property.
