Hello there... I did a foolish thing by signing on the loan paperwork before the home inspection was done. Now after the inspection, various problems have cropped up and it is going to cost me some money. I don't have that money. Will I be able to get out of this home loan?
The paperwork that you sign before the inspection at many banks is usually contingent on a good inspection, anyway. So, if the inspection has not come up well, may be the deal will get cancelled.

You should immediately contact your lender and discuss the matter with him. He might be able to suggest you a solution to get out of the home loan.
