Has anybody ever dealt with a "Greentree" foreclosure? If so what usually happens?
Hi
I haven't dealt with greentree. But their foreclosure process shouldn't be any different from the normal foreclosure. Have you faced any problem with them during the foreclosure process?

Not faced any problems yet, but will be going into foreclosure with them soon....Just wanted to know if they usually sue for deficiency amounts, or issue a 1099?
hi guest,
it is upto the lender whether they will sue you for the deficient amount or forgive it. generally, in case of a normal foreclosure, they sue the borrower, not always though. but there are ways to avoid foerclosure and save your credit from being ruined. have you tried a shortsale or a deed in lieu of foreclosure?
thanks,
jerry
