Me and my fiance just broke up and he was helping with the bk notes
and now its a hardship for me I have to turn the car back in to the carlot what do you think is going to happen to my credit will I be able to get another car
Hi ms.j,

Welcome to mortgage fit,

You haven't mentioned your credit score in the question. If your credit score is good enough then even if you are facing hardship at the moment you could be able to get a new car loan in future............

But if your credit score is really terrible then surely car finance company will always take precautions while dealing with you on financial terms.it may culminate in rejecting your car loan proposal.

Lot more depend on your credit score and your current income.

Feel free to ask any other query if you have.......

If you turn your car in voluntarily because you cannot afford it, it will have a impact on your credit and you will still be responsible for the difference once the car is sold... You may or may not be able to get another car, the car dealer maybe able to help you down size... Good luck!
