CAN THE SEGOND LIEN HOLDER SEL MY HOUSE AND PAY OFF MY FIRST WITH OUT NY CONSENT

I won't say they will sell it without your consent but I am sure that they will intimate you about the proceedings.Even they may send you detailed break-up of what they recovered and what they have passed on to first lien holder or vice versa.

The second lien holder will have to inform you about the foreclosure and send you a notice regarding the same. If he does not send you the notice, then it'll be fraudulent for him to sell off the house at an auction.
