Can a lien be removed after divorce, if lean is in husbands name and house is in mine?

Getting divorced, Have contract on my house to sell it. Found out that their is a lien on my house in my husbands name. Only my name is on the loan, but with it being community property they were able to put the lien on my house. If he signs off on giving me the house in the divorce can I have the lien removed? And how would I go about doing that?

No. The lienholder doesn't care anything about your divorce and how you and your ex are handling your financial affairs. If they've attached the house, they're going to do everything they can to receive payment.
