I was checking my credit score because i was denied for a VS ANGEL CC, And while going threw the process of verifying my idenity ! it asked me which morgae company did i use for a loan in 2010! and than listed them below so i picked NONE OF THE ABOVE! and than it said it couldnt verify my identidy! So i finally went to another site and had my credit report done but it doesnt show! Is this because its been two years and the person i done paying or what! I cant find a site that will let me look for a loan online! HELPPP.

Hi Crystal, a mortgage would be reporting on your credit report if you think your ID was compromised. There is annualcreditreport .com which you can pull your credit for free from each bureau. You will then see if you have anything on your credit that is not yours. Once you know that you have been a victim, then you can contact all the agencies to help you with the matter. Good Luck
