Hi jimdiane,
It will depend upon WHEDA as to what they would look into while they go for inspections. If you have any issues regarding their inspections, you can contact them. You can find their contact details at: "http://www.wheda.com/root/Utility/Contact/Default.aspx?id=269"
Thanks

In my own experience, there really are no rules, which makes the inspections profoundly stressful. The guidelines are vague, but can go far beyond health and safety concerns, which is why there is such a need for an overhaul of these inspections. For my last WHEDA inspection, I was "written up" for having a smudge on a window. Another time, the inspector spotted what appeared to be a wisp of spider web up in the bathroom vent; my eyes aren't good, and I simply hadn't seen that. Regardless, it is a quite degrading/dehumanizing experience.
