WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE CASHED THE INSURANCE CHECK FOR MY ROOF REPAIR AND NOW DENIES KNOWING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS INSURANCE CHECK FOR DAMAGE CASHED SEPT FOURTH BY WELLS FARGO. HOW DO I GET THE MONEY FOR THE CONTRACTORS,WHO ARE THREATENING TO PLACE A LIEN ON MY HOUSE?

You can contact the insurance company and ask them to give you the proof that the mortgage company had cashed in the check on 4th of September. If the insurance company gives you the proof, then you will be able to negotiate with the lender in a better way. If the lender is not ready to help you, then you should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
