I have gotten a judgment against me. How do I vacate it. Please help.
It will be difficult for you to vacate the debt unless you pay it off.
And in order to vacate the debt, you can opt for a debt consolidation loan.

You should note that when you file a motion to vacate a judgment you are basically filing an appeal to the court on the case. Filing a motion to dismiss a judgment is something like filing an appeal on the outcome of a jury trial. If the outcome was not fair, and you have good reason why the court should overturn its prior ruling, you should file a motion. Don't be concerned about the fact that you are challenging a court ruling. You should first look into your state's rules of civil procedure. It should spell out exactly what you need to do to file a motion. It will also tell you what reasons are valid, and may include the exact language you need to use. If you don't follow the procedures, you can get your motion thrown out on a technicality.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
