hi any1 help, i got a collection letter regarding my second house loan, they say it was because of late fees, i did send several payments late but never miss one, when i call the loan company the told me to contac the agency i did and i get no one to answer or to call me back,i'm still making my payments, but what alse can i do? can they take my home way? help PLEASE!!!

You should first check out whether the lender has charged off the loan to the collection agency. If the loan has been charged off, then the lender has no rights to collect the dues from you. You will have to contact the collection agency, negotiate with them and pay off the dues. If you pay off the dues on time, your property would be safe.
