I am trying to get a mortgage but have late payments. Is the a mortgage company that will finance me?
Chances are highly unlikely. Your credit scores have plummeted because of the mortgage late payments, in addition to the late payments themselves. Unless you have a lot of equity. How much do you owe and how much is your property worth?
I only have a car payment. I am first time buyer.

are we certain that this "guest" is the same as the other "guest"? i think "guest" can be the name applied to anyone who doesn't log in, so we might have thousands of such guests scattered around the site. one's question might be eerily similar to another's, but coming from distinct differences.
