i've been trying to get a response from loss mitigation from my mortgage company and have filed the requested paperwork 4 times with no answer from them. who do i contact next?
keep trying...that's all you can do. try to find another number to the loss mitigation department if you can.

They are also swamped by so many people callign them and probably they are understaffed and overwhelmed
