Hi Experts,
We bought a home five months ago via short sell. Two day ago i received a letter from a lawyer office and noticed that they will put a lien on my house and the letter addressed under the ex-owner name.
I called the seller agent and they told me to ignore it. I still feel very worry and what should i do.
