Can a person place a lien on your property after there was a verbal agreement?
Hi Sabby,
Verbal agreements do not hold any value. So, depending upon that, no one can place a lien on your property.
Take care

Welcome Sabby,
Sara is right. No one can file a lien on the property due to verbal agreements. The court will not accept verbal agreements.
