I'm working a deal with an abandoned property that has an old Associates Financial Services Company attached. The liens were being handled by Citifinancial. However, I can't seem to get the right people on the phone to see if I can get the lien discharged. Does anyone have any experience with discharging 'Associates' liens or have a number for Citifinancial's Lien Release Dept.?
Hi Wendy,
In order to get the liens discharged, you will have to pay off the liens in full. You can check out the given page in order to know the contact details of CitiFinancial: "http://www.citifinancialservicing.com/USCFA/contact-us.do"
Happy Thanksgiving :)
Take care

Hi Wendy,
I agree with what Sara has said. You should contact the concerned person and take steps to pay off the lien in full. Once you do so, you can ask the lender to provide you with a lien release certificate.
Thanks
