two partners bought a house togeather to fix up then sell.The title was put in only one partners name . they were then going to put it in an llc togeather and the one partner that had the title in his name would not agree latter to do this . This partner put up the money and the other did all the work and repairs . The partner with title now says that the other partner that did all the work has no claim on the property now that he has it on the market to sell . what to do?

As the person, who made all the repairs to the property, does not has his name mentioned on the property deed, he will be not be able to claim ownership in the property. There's hardly anything he can do in this regard.
