There has been so much talk of TARP and the lack of assistance to mortgage holders. As real estate professionals we are affected greatly by the current stagnation in mortgage servicing and new loan orgination.
We need your comments regarding an idea that was formulated and is receiving praise from many. The problem is 100 or 200 people will not make a difference, but 100,000 will. Wheter you agree, disagree or have answer idea please post your comment after reading Mortgage Assistance Program at
"www.accuriz.com/RealEstate_Reports.aspx"
I am asking all members to read and post a comment. If you think the idea is plausible pass it along to a friend. For those who disagree, post your concerns and offer a solution. With enough members communicating their thoughts, hopefully someone will see the commentary and move it up to some government level think tanks or the current administration.
One thing for certain, we need to do it together.

you may be right. but i think we are supposed to follow forum rules. I think it is not more than an adv
i'm not altogether certain this is an advertisement, but i do question the style of posts such as this. john, we don't even know who you are, or who you represent. this is not the season, either, to be putting links to sites that nobody knows about, particularly with the number of viruses online.
perhaps if we knew what kind of organization is behind this "idea" we'd be better served and willing to respond. there is no indication of what we are about to read about in your post - not helpful at all.
and then there's this "someone will see the commentary and move it up" is awfully vague. is it intentionally so? is it that you're trying to hide something here?
posts like this are very mysterious and somewhat troubling.

Hi George,
I agree with you that this is not altogether an advertisement. If his intentions are good, then I guess John is trying to help people by making the higher authorities aware of the situation that the common people are facing. As far as the link is concerned, I have already deactivated it.
Take care.
